The aim of this text book is to present, in a lucid way and explain a part of physical chemistry. The first three chapters constitute those topics that are essential for initiation to physical chemistry. They are Unit and Dimensions, Mathematics for physical chemistry. Part 1 and physical chemistry through plots: Part1. Third chapter is the unique feature of this book. The remaining chapters cover the Gaseous State in detail and also the Transport Phenomena. Along with the essential issues, we have discussed the Saha- Basu equation of state in detail which has otherwise drawn little attention of the scientific community.
